Experience

After obtaining a combined degree in Engineering and Business, Christiane initially worked as an executive consultant, and then as a project manager for a venture capital firm. Christiane  further built up her repertoire working for over 15 years in the software industry. Her career evolved to be nominated as the company's CFO. Later, she took on board level positions in other functions, including HR, Administration and Investor Relations, managing an IPO twice. She developed a strong international scope by being in charge of the company's subsidiaries in more than 15 countries around the globe.

Beyond the IT-industry, Christiane maintains solid ties in the business world by serving on various supervisory boards until today.

After many years in senior management, Christiane departed operational business responsibilities to share her skills and experiences in business leadership.  Christiane took up executive coaching in 2006 after being successfully coached herself as a CEO.
